Single Trip Tour Protection Plan for U.S. Residents

The most popular plan option for single trips is the Tour Protection Plan for both domestic and international travel. This comprehensive plan includes Trip Cancellation coverage up to $25,000 per person, Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical Expense, Emergency Medical Evacuation, and more. If the insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial trip payment, the traveler is also eligible for the Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) upgrade.*

Multi-Trip Annual Plan for U.S. Residents

If you travel frequently for either business or leisure (or both), the multi-trip annual travel insurance plan may be for you. Designed to take the hassle out of buying insurance for each trip, this plan offers a full suite of post-departure benefits, plus a selection of limits for Trip Cancellation coverage, up to $5,000 annually. Post-departure benefits include Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Missed Connection, Baggage Delay, Baggage & Personal Effects, Travel Medical Expense, Emergency Medical Evacuation and more. The plan covers as many trips as you take during the plan year (up to 40 days in duration per trip).

Global Protection Plan for Non-U.S. Residents

Finally, there’s a plan for non-U.S. residents, too. The SafeTrip plan covers non-U.S. residents traveling outside their home country for the unexpected, including Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical & Dental Expense, Medical Evacuation and more.

24/7 Assistance Services for Insurance Plans

The plans above include access to 24/7 worldwide travel assistance—a non-insurance benefit that many travelers find to be extremely valuable. The assistance services can support you in many circumstances, including if you lose your passport or another important document, need a new prescription when you’re far from home, experience illness or another medical emergency and need to see a physician or go to the hospital, or any other time you may need emergency support on your trip.

AirMed: Medical Evacuation Plan (Non-insurance)

If you’re concerned about medical evacuation coverage, you may wish to add an AirMed plan membership. AirMed is a non-insurance plan for those seeking a flexible and specialized air medical transport option. This plan may be selected in addition to the single trip Tour Protection Plan or the multi-trip annual plan. Because AirMed is a membership and not insurance, members may call on the service when needed and are not bound by the terms, conditions and approvals of an insurance policy. The AirMed membership also offers more choice as to where to be transported in the event of an emergency.
