Name Your Own Price!

You hold the Keys.

“Name Your Own Price” (NYOP) gives Host Members more flexibility when adding a week to the Exchange. With this feature, you can choose to increase the number of Keys you’ll earn for your week, up to 150% of its normally assessed Key value.

For example, a home that would normally be valued at 8 Keys for a Peak Stay can be adjusted via the “Name Your Price” tool to 9, 10, 11, or 12 Keys. You decide how many Keys you’d like to earn.

How It Works

Visit your deposit calendar. Select a Non-Peak, Peak, or Super Peak week that you want to make available to The Club. Next, select “Add Deposit.” You are then given the option to “Name Your Price” and specify the Key value in the drop-down menu. Once you confirm the deposit, the ThirdHome Team will then approve it.

All “Name Your Price” weeks deposited into the Club will only earn Keys when booked and never go Keyless. Members will be notified if the week they deposited gets booked, and the Keys will then be added to their account automatically, just like any other deposit.

Any available weeks shown on a property page that were deposited using the “Name Your Price” option will appear with a small icon next to it. This will indicate that the owner has set a custom price for the week and why it isn’t Keyless.
