Luxury Villa Overlooking Ocean | Cahuita, Costa Rica
“This home is even more spectacular in real life….every detail has been thought out meticulously. We received a warm welcome and and given a tour of the home and grounds, including the golf course upon our arrival. The chefs had a delicious lunch prepared for us as well! The rooms were spacious and had spectacular views of the jungle and ocean. When we were not retreating in our rooms, we enjoyed the different lounging areas around the home as well as used the perfect temperature pool everyday. We actually stayed at the property everyday but one simple because it was exactly what our group needed. The owner, Mihaela was a tremendous help and gave us lots of information prior to our arrival. Once we were there, Emilio was just as helpful. All of the staff that worked at the house, were so delightful and did an amazing job making us feel comfortable, cooking our meals, cleaning our rooms and shopping for our groceries. Although we were there at the time of the US outbreak of Covid-19, we managed to still relax and rest before heading home to our country. We definitely recommend this property if you want to experience a true jungle home on the Caribbean side of CR..”

Point Taken | Carmel, California
“Carmel home was a perfect place to self-quarantine. The timing of our visit was eerie, given it happened as California began to shut down. We ate out once a day the first 4 days and then had to eat at home. Point Taken is an absolutely lovely place in one of the most spectacular places on earth. It was our good fortune to be able to spend the first week of self-quarantine there. We walked once or twice a day. Point Taken is 2 blocks from the Pacific Ocean. It rained quite a bit, especially at night but we were able to get out at least twice a day.”

Pinehurst Golf Cottage | Pinehurst, North Carolina
“Excellent location! We arrived after dark, and woke up in the morning surrounded by beautiful trees and on a golf course. Bonnie and Joe were great hosts, helped us every step of the way. The house is located in a gated community, very spacious, has a lot of light, master was grand. It’s all about golf, so many amazing choices within a few minutes drive. We enjoyed our short trip very much, will definitely be back. A big Thank You to the hosts for accepting our request to stay Easter weekend.”

Have your heart set on a certain stay, but want to save your Keys?
THIRDHOME members will now be notified when their Saved Searches or Watched properties have Keyless stays.
Members already have the ability to set up Saved Searches or Watched Properties alerts and receive a notification when new stays are deposited and match their specific criteria. To learn how to set up Saved Searches, please click here.
Now, members will also receive an alert if those weeks become Keyless. These notifications are included within the regular property communications. A Keyless week means that the member can reserve the week without using Keys, and only pay the associated Exchange fee. Even better, members can set alerts specifically for Keyless stays. This is done in the same way other property alerts are set up. So whether members are hoping to reserve a stay far in the future or as soon as next week, they will always be aware of great stays with THIRDHOME.
These notifications will also be shown in the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen. View this menu by clicking on the bell icon.
As always, members are able to view their Saved Searches and Watched properties by viewing their New Availability page located in their dashboard.
Depending on their membership tier, THIRDHOME members have access to Keyless stays within 30 or 60 days. To upgrade your membership tier, please click the button below or contact the Member Experience team by emailing MemberExperience@thirdhome.com.

Eat and drink at home like you’re visiting Flora Farms, a THIRDHOME partner.
Flora Farms is a tranquil, bountiful, hand-tended organic farm located in the foothills of the Sierra de La Laguna Mountains in San José del Cabo. Being a popular destination among the elite and famous, it is truly a dream for anyone with a passion for culinary delights and luxury lifestyles.
The 25-acre organic farm has evolved to become a luxury space offering farm-chic accommodations and private residences. It is also home to Flora’s Field Kitchen, The Farm Bar, Flora Farms Grocery and Flora Farms Celebrations.
THIRDHOME partnered with Flora Farms in 2019, giving members exclusive access to their Culinary Cottages and Hillside Haylofts. Now, they’re giving THIRDHOME members access to a few of their delicious and easy-at-home recipes to bring Flora’s Field Kitchen into your very own kitchen!
Smoked Bacon & Tomato Pizza
Recipe makes 1 (12-inch) pizza*
1 store-bought pizza crust parcooked
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into 1/8-inch-thin rounds
6 strips cooked smoked bacon
1/2-3/4 cup drained canned diced fire-roasted tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 550 degrees Farenheight. Place the parcooked pizza crust on a sheet pan. Spread the tomato sauce on the crust, then spring with the thyme, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste. Top with cheese, bacon, and tomatoes. Bake until the cheese is melted, the bacon is hot, and the crust is crispy- 5-6 minutes. Serve and enjoy immediately. *Recipe courtesy of Flora Farms.
The Farmarita
The farm version of a margarita that serves 1*
1 lime wheel, for garnish (optional)
Margarita salt, rim salt, or kosher salt
2 ounces of white tequila
1 splash of Cointreau or another triple sec
2 ounces of carrot juice
1/2 ounce of orange juice
1/2 ounce of lime juice
1 splash of simple or agave syrup
Ice
1 baby carrot, greens trimmed, for garnish (optional)
Spread a bit of salt on a small plate. Gently rub the lime wheel around the rim of a rocks glass. Dip the moistened rim in the salt to light coat. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, cointreau, juices, and simple or agave syrup. Shake, strain into the prepared glass and add ice. Garnish with the lime wheel and carrot. Serve and enjoy! *Recipe courtesy of Flora Farms

The gates to Magic Kingdom might’ve closed, but the magic doesn’t have to stop there.
