THIRDHOME is free to join when you make two weeks available at your residence.

• THIRDHOME protects each owner with $5M of insurance for each stay.

Understanding Travel Credits and Deposited Weeks

• Each home is reviewed for quality and assigned a “key-value” based on real estate value, amenities, etc.
• Members earn keys and can book other properties as they “deposit” available weeks in their own home.
• Once you deposit a week and earn keys – members can immediately use their keys to travel.
• Flat exchange fee: per stay (not per night) ranges from $495 – $1,395.

Membership FAQs

• Upon acceptance into THIRDHOME, members can start booking trips and begin traveling immediately.
• Your keys expire in 24 months (must book but not required to travel within that 24-month period).
• No annual fee the first year. After it is $295 (but only if you travel) – no fees to cancel at any time.
• Free to join when you make available two in-season weeks at your residence.
