Wade Shealy, ThirdHome’s CEO and Founder, says he feels like he’s never worked a day in his life. This is due to his love for his job and his ability to confidently take risks and create a community that people want and need. As a result, he has been doing business for 40 years and has gathered some great stories along the way.

Wade explains how he got his friends in on the idea that has grown into the business he runs today. ThirdHome currently has member properties in over 100 countries around the world. Because of this continued growth, the company, based in Nashville, Tennessee is thriving. Wade is not only a risk taker in business but in life as well. Consequently, he has had some scary experiences and gained a new outlook on life. In this interview, he dives into this accident and the changes that came with it.
