Casey is an experienced cloud and platform engineer with nearly two decades of experience building, automating, and modernizing infrastructure. Beginning his career in IT administration in the mid-2000s, he transitioned into cloud and DevOps work around 2015 and has since specialized in designing scalable, secure, and resilient environments.
At ThirdHome, Casey focuses on modernizing the company’s infrastructure and DevOps practices while building the foundations for a data-driven and AI-enabled platform. His work bridges software development, data science, and cloud architecture to create the next generation of the company’s technical foundation.
Outside of work, Casey is an avid musician who plays guitar and is learning drums. He enjoys everything from John Prine to The Beatles and is based in Birmingham, Alabama.
Francesca was raised in the beautiful Verona, close to the Italian Alps, where her love for the mountains and winter sports first took root. With a passion for languages and a curiosity for the world, she pursued studies in foreign languages and communication, which laid the foundation for her career in the travel and tourism industry. Her interest in technology and communication led her to specialize in digital strategy, working with global online travel agencies like Holidu to help businesses grow through sales, pricing optimization, and data analysis.
Motivated by her drive to explore and learn, Francesca expanded her career across various sectors, from consulting to education, always bringing creativity, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to each role. Over the years, she developed a strong expertise in revenue management. Her international background and language skills have enabled her to build strong relationships with clients and partners across diverse markets.
Francesca is thrilled to bring her travel tech experience and passion for storytelling to ThirdHome. She looks forward to contributing to our global community by supporting digital initiatives, enhancing member engagement, and showcasing the unique character of our luxury homes and destinations.
After completing her undergraduate studies in Political Science and Journalism at Lynn University, Francesca earned her Master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. She began her career as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Mindful Integration of Construction Services, then moved into a Client Service Associate role at Guidepoint, where she sourced and vetted experts for private equity clients. Seeking a position that combined her marketing and client service experience, Francesca found the perfect role at ThirdHome as a Real Estate Growth Marketing Manager. In her role, she collaborates across teams to support the expansion of ThirdHome’s new Ambassador Program.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Francesca was born in England and has lived in Denmark, Guatemala, San Francisco, Florida, Los Angeles, and Utah before settling in her current home of Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and getting lost in a good book.
Shana is a dynamic professional passionate about building meaningful relationships, delivering impactful results, and bringing energy and expertise to her work. With a degree in Marketing and Labor Economics and over a decade of her career in customer experience and product adoption, she has a keen understanding of client needs and a talent for crafting innovative solutions. Meagan has since returned to Australia and now enjoys the idyllic Gold Coast lifestyle, where each day feels like a holiday.
In her spare time, Meagan loves to keep active in the gym along with hot pilates. Living right on the beach means her weekends are spent in the ocean, feet in the sand, cocktail in hand, and a lot of vitamin D!

Tash was born and raised in Dubai, moving to Australia after finishing school to further her education. She holds an International Master of Business Administration from Griffith University, specialising in International Business, as well as a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Event Management.
Her journey has taken her across the globe, from excelling as a Travel Sales Manager in Dubai to a successful career in Real Estate on the Gold Coast, Australia. Tash is a globetrotter with two little girls, Freja and Astrid, a fur baby named Ragnar, and her husband Martin from Denmark.

Jennifer is a native of Arkansas working as a Club Growth Manager. Prior to joining THIRDHOME, Jennifer spent many years in the banking industry as a mortgage lender, helping people realize their dream of homeownership, as well as private client relationship management.
Her most important and rewarding role has been being a mom to her two children, Will and Allie, who are both in college and on their way to very successful futures. She has forever had a passion for exploring new places and has always tried to expose her kids to the same. Now, she gets to dip her toe into that passion every day by helping members explore their next destinations.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, traveling with her children and friends, listening to live music, or just hanging out with her long-haired dachshund, Georgia.
Jennifer’s favorite destinations so far have been the Amalfi coast of Italy, Rome, Paris, Costa Rica, Mayakoba, and Anguilla. Domestically, she is drawn to Zion National Park in Utah, the Rocky Mountains, and anywhere along the Pacific Coast Highway.
Meet Jarisa, a loving mother of two energetic boys from Panama. With a heartwarming story to share, she has more than a decade of experience in customer relations and hospitality, starting her career at a 5-star Marriott hotel.
After completing her studies, Jarisa embarked on a transformative adventure to Arizona, where she spent four enriching years working with Bank of America, leaving her mark as a dedicated and proactive customer service team member. Returning to Panama, she embraced a new chapter as the Marketing and Sales Director at a luxurious Resort, a tropical haven in the Caribbean paradise of Bocas del Toro.
Jarisa enjoyed a year living in Southern France, fully immersing herself in the culture, language, and cuisine. She values spending quality time with her loved ones, often enjoying wine and great music. Jarisa loves spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband to explore nature’s beauty.

Antony’s wanderlust ignited at the tender age of 10 when he could rattle off every capital city on the map. So, after obtaining his international business management degree between France and England, he naturally embarked on a globetrotting journey that led him through more than 50 countries to date. Yet he remains steadfast in his belief that the Mediterranean holds the title of the world’s most mesmerizing destination.

Bettina was born and raised in Hamburg. She comes from a shipping family and discovered her passion for traveling and foreign countries at an early age. After graduating as a foreign language correspondent, she decided to do an additional apprenticeship as a travel agent with Hapag-Lloyd Travel. Shortly after graduating with honors, she took over the responsibility for the business travel center in Stuttgart; later, she changed to American Express Business Travel and moved to Munich. Bettina looks back on 25 years in the international business travel industry, where she had a successful career up to Regional Manager in Southern Germany.
For personal and family reasons, Bettina moved to Marbella in 2013. This had always been her second home since her parents bought a house in the 70s. Here Bettina has worked mainly in Property Management, Real Estate, Tourism, and Sales & Marketing. Together with her partner, she founded a marketing agency.
Her passion for traveling and foreign countries and her aim to work again in an international team led her to THIRDHOME.
Bettina’s list of travel destinations includes the US with California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Florida, Alaska, New York, Chicago, and the Bahamas, as well as Canada, Martinique, the Dominican Republic, Japan, South Africa, Tunisia, Morocco, Italy, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, Portugal and of course Spain. On her bucket list, you will always find Hamburg, the Netherlands, and South Africa to visit family and friends.
In her free time, Bettina enjoys spending time with her partner and friends and being outdoors—hiking, skiing, taking long walks on the beach, swimming, cooking, and photography.
Valerio was born and raised in Italy Novara, a small town just one hour’s drive from the Alps, where he spent most of his childhood. He discovered his passion for travel and new cultures, so he studied tourism at the university. Valerio served several years as a volunteer in the Italian Red Cross, where he grew up dedicating his free time to help in his town emergencies on the streets.
When he was 21 years old, he took the opportunity to manage his travel agency and collaborate with some Italian tour operators. This collaboration allows him to travel periodically to Sharm El Sheikh, Kenia, and Zanzibar, where he falls in love with the local mentality and culture.
In 2008 he decided to move to Spain in search of a better place to live and grow, starting a new life. From zero, he started to make new friends and learn Spanish. He worked for three years in an entertainment company; he then moved to SIXT Rent a Car and joined Marriott Vacation Club International for six years, where he worked in the marketing and administration departments.
After this experience, he decided to have something new. He created his Vacation rental society named “Enjoy Estepona Holiday Rentals” and his restaurant called “El Rustico.” He always dedicates his free time to cultivating hobbies like playing the Drumm and going karting.
Valerio is excited to bring his experience and “positive mental attitude” to ThirdHome, where he can work daily in an international environment and create the content of our stunning properties.
