Kate Raidt

Membership Growth Associate

When Kate was a 20-year-old college student at Baylor University, she made a list titled “Things to do before I’m 30” and taped it to her dorm room door. That list included: Running a marathon, starring in a movie, singing in an award-winning band, publishing a book, speaking a new language, owning a business, getting married, having children, and backpacking Europe. Remarkably, Kate accomplished every goal on her list.

During college, Kate sold educational books door-to-door in the summertime to pay for school. Without the use of a car, Kate finished #6 out of 4500 salespeople her first summer. She went on to become one of the top 10 salespeople in the company’s 160-year history.

While pursuing a successful career in sales, Kate was the founder, lead singer, and songwriter for the popular band Matson Belle. They were nominated for an American Music Award and won several Austin Music Awards. Their music still has a strong following on iTunes and Spotify.

After becoming a mom, Kate became a published author with her book “The Million-Dollar Parent: How To Have a Successful Career While Keeping Your Family a Top Priority.” She was also the host of the cooking show “Kate’s Kitchen with Kids,” which aired on cable for three years.

Her sales, business, and marketing background, Kate has worn many hats with THIRDHOME, both with the content marketing team and engagement with members. Other than traveling, Kate loves playing tennis, watching “Ted Lasso,” and making homemade rice crispy treats!
