What are Keys?
When you make your vacation home available for others to use, you earn travel credits called Keys. Think of Keys like airline miles or store credit, but for luxury vacation homes.
How many Keys can I earn?
Your home is assigned a Key value from 1 to 5 Keys, determined by its location, features, and overall value. When you offer a week, you earn that same number of Keys, and during peak or super-peak weeks, seasonal multipliers allow you to earn even more.
How do I use my Keys?
You can use Keys to book stays in beautiful homes all around the world, paying only a small exchange fee that is a fraction of what you would pay if you were renting it. Expect a 90-95% savings compared to rental rates on accommodations when you book stays through our Club. Fees range from $495 to $1995 for the week, not per night.
