Simms Jenkins

Simms Jenkins is one of the most recognized and accomplished digital marketing leaders. Jenkins founded BrightWave in 2003 and it became the premiere email and CRM focused agency working with blue-chip clients ranging from Chick-fil-A to United Healthcare.

BrightWave was acquired in 2019 by Ansira, an independent, global marketing technology and services firm which is backed by Advent International.

Jenkins has received nearly every industry accolade including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association, Marketer of the Year from the American Marketing Association, the Email Marketer of the Year at the Tech Marketing Awards, and the Thought Leader of the Year from the ANA/Email Experience Council. He has written the two definitive books on email marketing (The Truth About Email Marketing and The New Inbox) and created the gold standard of industry events, EiQ. Over the past 20 years, Jenkins has appeared on Bloomberg TV, written for Forbes and has penned over 150 articles on digital, technology, marketing & leadership topics.

Currently, he is founder of Three Groves, a platform for investments and advisory work for high growth companies. He is also the founder of easythanks, an AI company that is “Revolutionizing College Applications” and recently acquired Lanva (now Composium), a B2B Video Platform.

Simms is active with several nonprofit and community organizations in Atlanta. He and his wife, Kelly, are parents to three children who share a passion for travel. A recent member of ThirdHome, Simms has already enjoyed four exceptional trips and spends much of his free time planning the next adventure.
