Phil Galuppi
Membership Growth Director
Phil, originally from Syracuse, New York, joined ThirdHome in November 2021 as a Member Experience Associate after managing memberships at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. He is now the Membership Growth Director, leading the Member Experience Associate teams of 15+ in the US and Europe and helping members discover new travel opportunities. Starting in hands-on member support and now growing the team as a director, Phil brings perspective and leadership to enhancing the ThirdHome experience.
Since moving to Nashville in January 2025, Phil has immersed himself in the country music scene, discovering new artists and seeing his favorites live. He is a die-hard Syracuse University sports fan and spends his free time planning national park trips or adventuring outdoors with his dog Demi. His favorite trip so far was to Alaska, where he saw bears, whales, moose, and even went salmon fishing.
