Originally from the UK and now based in Australia, she has built a career at the intersection of brand, customer experience and commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth within complex, high-end environments. Laura-Jade is known for translating brand vision into tangible business outcomes, strengthening member engagement, and creating differentiated luxury experiences that resonate with discerning audiences.

Her executive experience includes leadership roles with globally recognised luxury and lifestyle brands such as Accor, Palazzo Versace and QT Hotels & Resorts, as well as founding and leading her own marketing agency for nearly a decade. Across these roles, she has led brand transformation, market expansion, partnership strategy and revenue growth initiatives within premium travel ecosystems.
