Julian brings over 25 years of international real estate expertise, with deep specialisation across residential, resort, and branded residence markets throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Five years ago, Julian founded TGC Global Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore to address a clear market gap: connecting world-class international residential and resort developers with Asia Pacific’s most sophisticated investors, high net worth individuals, and ultra-high net worth clients. Through TGC Global, he has built and leveraged an extensive network spanning private banks, Family Offices, introducers, and a trusted community of agents across the region’s key markets.
Julian’s career has spanned some of the most respected names in international real estate, including Savills (APAC), JLL (Southeast Asia), and BNP Paribas Real Estate (London & APAC), alongside senior roles with leading developers Crown Group, Thirdi, and Damac Group. He has a strong and consistent track record of taking resort and residential projects through their full lifecycle, from site acquisition and project positioning through to sales campaign execution, settlement, and asset management strategy.
His collective career transaction volume exceeds USD $5.55 billion, spanning residential towers, resort communities, branded residences, and mixed-use developments across the UK, USA, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
