ritz Carlton aspen

Always spectacular!

This was our third time at the Ritz in Aspen, and again it did not disappoint. Personalize friendly service right at the base of Aspen Highlands (where Cloud Nine is located). We are big skiers and Aspen is our famous ski town. Great restaurants and entertainment for those who don't ski or snowboard. The Ritz really goes above and beyond here. We will be back!”

Aspen Highlands RCDC treated us like family

Our 2nd stay and we can't say enough about the gracious and friendly staff at the Ritz Carlton Destination Club Aspen Highlands. We had a wonderful early season skiing trip. It was like staying with extended family. Pre-arrival communication and assistance from Noah Brooks was excellent. Airport pick-up w/ Chris in transportation was smooth. Michael in the ski boot room pampered us the whole stay. Jason Arrington, in club services, was always checking in to make sure we were well taken care of, plus many others in reception, bell stand and housekeeping. The 3-bedroom unit was spacious and in top condition. The twice daily cleaning service was a welcome convenience and did far more than expected. The restaurant in the Elkhorn Lodge is convenient, excellent food, reasonably priced (for Aspen). We particularly appreciate the special attention everyone gave to the 15 month old traveling with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

Best place in town

Ritz Carlton is the best place to stay in Aspen , just between Aspen and Snowmass the club has all the smenities that you might desire in a luxury stay in the mountains . ”

Very nice 2BR condo. The staff are incredible. The bellmen, concierge, ski valet, restaurant personnel and operations managers are fabulous. Housekeeping was incredible, service twice daily. The shuttles to Aspen and Buttermilk were perfectly on time, getting around Aspen via the Ritz was a breeze. Coffee always available, newspapers supplied, cookies daily in the afternoon, etc. etc. Service was impeccable. The food in the restaurant was very good and the service there was also superior. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend!”

Ritz at Aspen

We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton White River at the base of Aspen Highlands. The service staff was wonderful and were very attentive. Accommodations are very nice, as you might expect from Ritz Carlton. The snow this year is not very good yet. The one drawback that we wish we would have known about in advance is that Aspen Highlands was not open for the week that we were there, as per schedule. As a result, we needed to board the shuttle to go to Aspen Mountain each day to ski, versus being able to take advantage of the ski in, ski out feature of this property. I think it would be important for third home members to understand this. Perhaps the owner would consider opening up a week or two during the actual ski season at Aspen Highlands. The open terrain at Aspen Mountain was limited (because of lack of snow), but the terrain that was open was very well groomed in the snow conditions were good.”
