**We ask that the THIRDHOME member MUST be present for the whole reservation.
**ALL guests must register with the host prior to arrival to gain access to the property and new guests do not take the place of guests that leave mid stay.
** No more than 8 people at any one time and no parties are allowed.
** Please keep noise to a minimum in consideration of the neighbours.
** This is a no smoking property.
** This property has several levels of stairs and only suitable for adults.
