Reviews

Wonderful house near historical Fredericksburg with view over the Potomac

This is a large and very well kept house recommended for anyone who wants to visit Fredericksburg . Only one hours drive from DC. Maggie and Kenny were very helpful indeed. I give this property 5 stars because of the house itself, the view and the proximity to wonderful Fredericksburg- a must for both history buffs and laymen alike ;-) Especially the battlefields and , of course, downtown Fredericksburg. ”

What a View

This home is just beautiful with breathtaking views. The property is close to Fredicksburg, and Washington DC, for tourist attractions. We loved trying the sleep number bed with massage. Thank you for the hospitality.”

Waterview Estate

Great location for exploring civil war history. Also close to D.C. We had a great time hanging out by the pool. Just wished the dock and water access was within walking distance from the property. ”
