Château de Beauregard is a 17th Century château, located in Provence, 10 kilometers from Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
The property is furnished with beautiful art work and French antique furniture but also features modern living spaces such as a state of the art kitchen. Four woodfires provide warmth and coziness on winter nights.
The château boasts 15 bedrooms and can accommodate large families. A spacious kitchen and large dining room ensure that mealtimes are a family affair. The kitchen has direct access to a herb garden where additional seating is available for al fresco dining.
Also within the estate are a chapel, a ball room, a library and a cinema room.
The property is surrounded by 6 hectares of gardens, including the herb garden “Jardin des Simples” and fruit orchard. A flock of hens provide fresh eggs daily.
Onsite leisure opportunities include table tennis, a swimming pool (14 x 5 m), tennis courts, a grand piano and a pool table. There are also a horse and a pony for equestrian lovers.
Caretakers are on site to help and assist you and to provide any knowledge of the local area you may need.
No parties allowed. Only the 15 registered guests max can enter the property premises.
Air conditioning is only available in the Kitchen and Cinema room not in the bedrooms. The thick walls of this old chateau keep the environment rather cool.
The huge fridge in the oversized kitchen can be well stocked on arrival with food from the un-missable food hall Les Halles in Avignon and with local wine. Cost of stocking charged as incurred.
Central heating the chateau if required (normally only in November-February) costs $350 per week. Heating the pool if required costs $350 per week.
