The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and small kitchenette area that includes a mini fridge and coffee bar. Two additional bedrooms that contain single beds are flanked by a Jack & Jill double vanity bathroom. The last bedroom has two twin beds and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms contain walk-in closets and skylights provide natural daytime lighting for the top floor. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, pullout twin bed, sleeper sofa, and an attached bath.

Other indoor amenities include an air-jet bathtub, vintage LP sound system (with records), air conditioning (2 zones), 55" smart TV in the rec room, 3 fireplaces (wood provided), ultra high speed wireless internet, printer & fax machine, and washer & dryer. There are also abundant amenities especially for children, including a Pack n’ Play crib, outdoor playhouse, pool toys & floaties, car seats & boosters, bicycles/scooters/etc. for playing on the tennis court, kids tennis net & rackets, and a basement rec room stocked with toys & games.

Outside, there is an ample circular drive for parking. Enjoy fresh vegetables straight from the backyard garden (seasonal) and daily roses from the professionally landscaped gardens. A lovely al fresco sunroom is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or curling up with a good book while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the outdoor treehouse. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (with an automatic safety cover), lounge in the shaded hammock, play a tennis match on the private tennis court (with instructor lessons, per request!), and cook out on the outdoor grill. Reviews

Very Spacious and Beautiful Home, in a Great Neighborhood!!

This home was extremely spacious and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. However, the sleeping arrangements is best suited for a couple and their children. Three of the 5 bedrooms made available to us had single beds and are not suitable for couples. I would recommend that the owners add queen size beds to one or two of the rooms with single bedrooms - if they wish to attract a broader audience of 3rd home members. Also, I think the owners of this property are new to the program. So, I would like to suggest that they consider sending out information about the home - after receiving notice of the booking - in a more timely manner. ”
