The annual dues have been waived for your first year. Subsequent years require the $295 annual club dues.

Yes. A standard THIRDHOME stay is for 7 days. However, once you reserve a stay, you may stay as few nights as you wish ie, a long weekend vs. the entire week. These details can be coordinated with the host.
