We have stayed at over twenty places with ThirdHome and Cold Springs Ranch was the absolute best. From the playhouse for our granddaughter to all the games in the game room, it was a blast for everyone. The photos do not capture the decorating touches and the gorgeous view as well as the cleanliness. It just could not be beat!

Yes. Primary residences are not eligible for the club. Second homes are typically in prime holiday or investment home locations and we find that guests prefer staying in these homes as opposed to primary residences which may include owner’s personal items, etc. This expectation setting assures Members of the club the most comfortable home vacation exchange experience possible.
