ThirdHome is a private home exchange club for high-end second homeowners. Instead of traditional direct swaps, members add unused weeks at their vacation homes to earn travel credits called “Keys”. These Keys act as a currency to book stays at other member’s properties worldwide, rent-free.
Keys are the currency of ThirdHome. Members earn Keys by adding available weeks at their own vacation homes to the network, which they can then immediately spend to reserve other luxury properties worldwide.
Membership is typically included through partner programs or direct application. There are no upfront membership fees, and members only pay Exchange Fees when booking stays. Annual dues of USD 295 apply beginning the year after enrollment.
A 7-night stay starts with a USD 495 Exchange Fee, with no nightly pricing or cleaning fees, and no direct home swapping required. Member support is included throughout your trip.
Eligible homes are high-end second homes or vacation homes located in desirable travel destinations. Minimum home value is USD 500K, with the average home value of USD 2.4 Million. Properties are reviewed and approved based on quality, location, and desirability.
