Yes, joining is free with no upfront costs, and you can cancel anytime. Add a few weeks to start. From the second year, there’s a $295 annual fee. Exchanges average $900 for a 7-night stay in a multi-million property, collectively saving members millions annually.
Fill out this application form. It must be a second home and we accept a large range of high-end properties, including condos, villas, cabins, estates, yachts, and castles. Selected timeshares in luxury resorts are also accepted.
Earn “Keys” (travel credits) by making your home available. Initially, we’ll assign a Key value (1-5 Keys) to your property. Opt for peak season weeks to earn higher Keys.
Only vetted Club members can stay in your home, and they may bring friends and family. ThirdHome provides $5M host protection for every stay.
No, it’s much more flexible! We offer non-simultaneous exchanges, allowing you to book any available property effortlessly, ensuring convenience, security, and variety.
