Mexico City, Mexico
Casa La Roma
Our place in Mexico City I would describe as very chic, but also very comfortable. It is great for entertaining, extremely spacious for where it is located. I would look at it as finding a 3 bedroom with all the bells and whistles in The Village in NYC.
It's in a brand new building, very modern but made to look like it was built 100 years ago to go with the neighborhood. One block away is one of it's main parks where people walk their dogs and take their morning coffee. Everywhere there and at all times there are things going on in La Roma and people ride their bikes or walk. 4 Blocks away is my favorite restaurant of all times, "Sesame" thai food with a touch of magic I would say. But virtually any place you pic will be a great meal in this area. (As you can see I'm a real foodie, lol).
Mexico City like any major city has many many things to do, many cites to visit, full of museums and art galleries, but above all so much history. Everywhere you see the old world and the new collaging together in something extraordinary.
Because it's a huge city and, most days a hassle to move around in, I don't recommend you drive. Finding a place to Park is painful!

- La Roma is a fantastic neighborhood full of antique buildings dated back to "The Conquista". Everywhere you will find quaint little cafes, bistros, bars, and restaurants. It is perfect for walking with many parks and greenery.
- Condesa, the next door neighborhood Is famous for all the things La Roma is, but I would say more artsy.
- Polanco is the Beverly Hills of Mexico City, 10 minutes away from La Roma by car.
