January 2020Great Location!
The home location on the course is spectacular with wonderful views. The spa and pool were in great condition tho the BBQ needs cleaning and TLC. The layout of the home worked well for our party of 6 and the beds were very comfortable. The home required a number of handyman visits to repair various items but the rental company was responsive and timely. The kitchen cooking equipment is in need of an upgrade and the dishwasher did not clean despite a handyman visit. Since internet is slow in the area, this is a consideration for telecommuters. With the ample amounts of TV's, instructions for operations and labeling the 11 remotes would be helpful. The pool table was a nice addition and we all had a wonderful time!”

Beautiful spacious home with exceptional view of several golf holes at La Quinta CC. The home was built about 30 years ago. Appliances need updating as well as cookware, outdoor grills and some furniture. Nice amenities with pool table and table tennis. Enjoyed time on the deck near the pool,”
