Description

Uspallata is a small town 2000 meters above sea level and it's the provincial reference site for all those who love excursions in the mounts. Uspallata is in a valley between the mounts of the Andean String. For this reason, it is a popular site for mountain climbers who aspire to climb one of the most representative mounts of Cuyo go, the Aconcagua, or Overo Volcano. It was at this very positioning where the film "Seven Years in Tibet" was shot, starring Brad Pitt, and settled in the Himalayas.

The town of Uspallata provides multiple options for tourist in The Region. Some miles away is Mount Aconcagua Provincial Park, which seeks to save this representative mount. Inside this national park you can visit the Inca Bridge, a strange rock formation settled 27 meters above the River Caves. Here, it is possible to visit a large hot spring, and the enchanting scenery, filled with fantastic colors that the mineral composition of stones is responsible for adorning.

The Caves is another fascinating site, merely 88 kilometers from Uspallata, which holds unbelievable treasures for the visitor to see. One of these places of interest is the memorial to Christ the Redeemer. This monument, symbolizing a big Christ giving his blessing with a cross on his right hand, was set up in 1904 to commemorate the union between Argentina and Chile. From here, a few kilometers own is the Cristo Redentor international passage, placed about 3200 meters above sea level, and is one of the main routes between Argentina and Chile.

In the village of Las Cuevas, you may find a beautiful village with small houses built in Nordic and Scandinavian fashion, made of timber and stone. In the River Caves, you can practice rafting and kayaking. Here also lies the international rail corridor that joins Argentina with Chile. In the area visitors can visit the glacier of the Lame Man and practice trekking and rappelling. This is definitely one of the most attractive options of tourism in Mendoza for extreme sports devotees and for those who enjoy mountain activities. Simply ask the staff of the Diplomatic Hotel and they will arrange the most exciting excursions in the divine province of Cuyo to spots that cannot be overlooked.

This private 40 acre mountain refugee and its elevation is perfect for acclimating to the altitude before taking on the famous Aconcagua. With five acres of Vineyards. This hideaway is ideal for a climber, photographer, or history lover looking to get away from it all.
Nestled in the heart of a sprawling private ranch, with majestic mountains forming a striking backdrop, lies an enchanting scene that takes your breath away. The landscape unfolds before your eyes, revealing lush, verdant vineyards that stretch across the gently sloping hillsides, creating a patchwork of vibrant green hues.

As you gaze upon this serene vista, the sun casts a golden glow on the mountains, accentuating their rugged beauty. Their jagged peaks rise proudly into the sky, their weathered faces adorned with a delicate veil of mist, adding an ethereal touch to the view. The mountains' imposing presence provides a sense of protection and tranquility to the valley below.

The vineyards, meticulously arranged in neat rows, boast a variety of grapevines, each with their own unique characteristics such as Malbec, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc among others. The sun-kissed leaves rustle gently in the breeze, whispering stories of the fertile soil that nurtures them. The plump, juicy grapes hang from their vines, a testament to the care and dedication with which they are tended. Each cluster, a promise of the exquisite wines they will eventually yield.

Within the boundaries of the private ranch, you can also catch glimpses of elegant stone buildings, their rustic charm seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. These structures, reminiscent of old-world train where it connect Argentina to Chile. Furthermore, the ranch offers a variety of activities, including Horseback Riding, Trekking and excursions to the Chocolate Mountain, that is a natural formation, and the talcum powder caves.

A gentle breeze wafts through the vineyards, carrying with it the sweet, intoxicating scent of ripe grapes, mingling with the earthy aroma of the rich soil. The air is filled with the hum of bees and the melodious songs of birds, creating a symphony that celebrates the harmony of nature.

As you take in this breathtaking mountain view with vineyards, time seems to slow down, allowing you to fully embrace the moment and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you. The landscape, a masterpiece painted by Mother Nature herself, serves as a reminder of the wonders that can be found when we take the time to truly connect with the world around us.

Wow!

Loved it! Dramatic setting. Remote location. Hidden. Private. Secluded. Tasteful. Architectural gem. Very comfortable. On site caretaker and daily housekeeper included. Perfect for adventure seekers and for those who wish to experience the Andes up close.”
