We will be back!

We wish that we could give the Ritz-Carlton in Vail more than 5 stars. Every single thing about our stay was perfect. Before we left home, Julieta contacted us to see if she could help plan our stay. In just a few days we had restaurant reservations for every night, our skis were rented, a day of snowmobiling was booked and spa appointments were secured. She made us feel like our vacation started while we were still in NYC. Once at the property things only got better...from the ski boot warming room (!), to the shuttle service to the mountain (literally a 3 min walk away), to the ski valet that held our equipment overnight and gave it back to us at the base of the gondola to the warm chocolate chip cookies that were waiting for us right after we got off the slopes - it was non-stop service. The hot tub, pool, lounge with amazing bar and food, gym, spa, and being in the heart of Lionhead all made this trip a total dream. The week went by way too fast and we all vowed to be back as soon as possible. If you ever doubted that a ski vacation could truly feel like a vacation - you must go to The Ritz-Carlton Vail. Just don't book our room :) ”

Ritz Vail - Excellent

Everything you would expect from the Ritz Carlton residence program. Excellent service. The rooms are being renovated in 2018 so it should be even nicer in 2019. It's not 100% ski-in/ski-out, but the shuttle and ski valet make it very convenient. This property has food and a full service bar (Aspen Ritz does not). Great experience.”
