Begin your day with a private tai chi lesson, led by a master instructor. Then, set out on a walking tour, strolling the Central District, viewing Statue Square, the Bank of China Tower and other architectural landmarks, and learning as you go how the principles of feng shui were applied to their design. Visit the Sheung Wan Dried Food and Herbal Market, a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Continue to incense-laden Taoist Man Mo Temple before ascending Victoria Peak for sweeping views of Hong Kong. Travel to Aberdeen Fishing Village for a glimpse into everyday life here. Enjoy a dim sum lunch at a local restaurant, followed by an afternoon at leisure. Tonight, dine at a local restaurant before marveling at a Symphony of Lights extravaganza that lights up the skies and skyscrapers with impressive displays of colored lights and laser beams, synchronized to music and narration. Afterward, return to your hotel. Overnight at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included)

After lunch at your leisure return to your hotel. Tonight, gather for a multi-course gala dinner in a private setting at the elegant, two-starred Michelin restaurant — Pierre — located on the 25th floor of your luxurious hotel. This evening, gather for a farewell dinner at the Peking Garden restaurant, world-renowned for its Peking duck and other fine cuisine.
