Description

The La Perla de La Bahia complex is one of the most acclaimed on the Andalusian coast. It is known for its Moorish-influenced architecture and carefully tended gardens with their palm trees and colourful flower beds.

It is nestled in a tranquil area but within short distance of bars, restaurants, excellent golf courses and the main commercial centres of Estepona, Marbella and Gibraltar are only a short drive away.

There is 24/7 security and lifeguards in the summer. It’s the perfect location for all ages.

Each pool has sun loungers and shaded areas – two are heated in the winter - and the beach is right outside the garden gates.

This large four-bedroom, open plan duplex penthouse offers luxurious surroundings and incredible views.

A traditional rustic Spanish door opens onto magnificent panoramic ocean views stretching the entire length of the open plan living area, incorporating kitchen, dining and sitting room.

The spacious balcony seating area has a coffee table and an outdoor dining table with exquisite sea views.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning room. The lounge contains a 46” Smart TV, a wonderful open fireplace, stylish art work and a large wooden cabinet. The indoor dining table is a beautiful glass table and leads directly into the spacious kitchen, fully stocked with all the cooking equipment needed.



Bedroom 1 is a lovely double bedroom with access to the main balcony as well as a private balcony with beautiful sea views. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are at the back of the apartment. Both have private balconies with extensive mountain, pool and garden views. They share a private hallway and bathroom. All Bathrooms have heated floors and the apartment has a fully functioning air-conditioning/heating system.

Up a spiral staircase leads to the spacious master bedroom, and good size ensuite and private top floor balcony. There are large built-in cupboards and a small TV on the wall. The bathroom is marble with a high powered shower and a Jacuzzi bath.

  • A short taxi ride away (8 kms), is the beautiful garden town of Estepona, where there are excellent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, a world class marina, huge outdoor market and the largest Orchidarium in Europe.
  • A fifteen minute walk across the paseo or along the shore, is the vibrant Spanish town of Sabinillas, with many tapas bars, restaurants and arguably the best Argentinian steak on the coast.
  • Up the hill from La Perla is the famous white town of Casares and there are four or five world class restaurants along the world, plus the five star uber-luxurious Finca Cortesin, several golf courses and gym.
  • It will take about 20 minutes to drive to world famous jet-set haunt of Puerto Banus and about 25 mins to Marbella.
  • There are two traditional upmarket Spanish Chiringuitos within a couple of minutes walk and the Beach club of the Finca Cortesin just a short four-minute walk away.

Perfect location, spectacular views!

We loved our stay! The views were picture perfect and Liz was amazing to work with. The apartment is located in the small town of Casares. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella but close enough to go there if you are looking for something more active. Ronda, Estepona and Puerto Banus are definitely a must on your visit here. We did not have the pleasure of using the kitchen much, as Casares is walking distance (along the beach) to several good restaurants. Highly recommended!” ”

Beautiful Penthouse located on scenic bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Perla De La Bahia Penthouse. The views were spectacular, Liz was an absolute joy to deal with, and the apartment was beautiful. We had a nice dinner at sunset on the deck of the restaurant located just steps away on the beach, and also prepared several meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The location was an ideal starting-off point for several day trips to Marbella, Malaga, Ronda, Estepona and Casares. Highly recommended!”
