Art, Architecture, and Hospitality Near San Miguel de Allende

Remarkable in every way, this compound offers the promise of relaxation and rest in an unlikely atmosphere of excess and simplicity. The rooms are grand in scale yet rendered in natural materials and color schemes. Decoration is minimal, finishes are first rate, and the furnishings are of the highest quality. Interior spaces seamlessly blend with outdoor living areas, water features and broad rural vistas. What an undertaking! The whole experience is managed by an onsite team that keeps visitors safe and happy. Daily breakfast menus were as varied as the surrounding landscape: Mostly Mexican specialties, local fruits and fresh juices. The location is a bit removed from the festivities of San Miguel, but our trips into the beautiful town center were memorable. Mosquitoes were present, but easy to manage. Directions to the property were not sent to us prior to the trip, but we were given a contact in San Miguel to find our way. With a few missed turns, we did find our way to the property and welcome meal waiting for us on arrival. On a side note, we did notice that the property is currently listed for sale. If it becomes available in the future - make sure the potential owner confirms your booking. ”

Fresh Oranges and Limes from the courtyard!

I had heard about San Miguel Mexico for years and had it on my list of places to go, and man, I am sure glad I did. San Miguel is an amazing place with great shops, dining and entertainment. Staying at Tierra Adentro made our trip to San Miguel even better. This is an incredible home! With a roof top terrace and views to San Miguel and the surrounding mountains, an incredible pool, 8 large bedrooms, courtyard with Orange and Lime trees, and full time staff. 3RD HOME went there in support of our sponsorship with British Polo Day with some of our Team and Founders Circle members. Each morning we would all meet downstairs and pick our oranges off the trees in the courtyard and make fresh squeezed orange juice. In the afternoon's we would pick the limes and make fresh Margarita's and Guacamole. Highly recommend San Miguel and this 3RD HOME. ”
