This 2550 square foot, three-bedroom, four-bathroom residence features direct ski access and is just around the corner from Park City's free Transit route.

Located steps away from Silver Lake Village, Sterling Lodge is conveniently close to clothing stores, rental shops, and restaurants, including Deer Valley's Mariposa Restaurant and Royal Street Cafe. After a few hours on the slopes, ski right down to the beach at Silver Lake day lodge and take in the breathtaking views while enjoying a beverage!

This residence also features a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, a private hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and a gas fireplace in the master bedroom. Guests have access to a shared parking garage and fitness center that includes a treadmill, two elliptical trainers, two exercise bikes, free weights, and a Bosu ball.

The Signature Collection's complimentary on-call in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, is offered during the ski season.

Our professional staff will greet you during your check-in at the Deer Valley Resort Plaza Building.

Of course, Winter is the busy high season. Snow is usually from late November through mid-April. Summertime brings visitors for hiking and mountain biking among the nearby peaks. June to August, temperatures average in the 80s; nights can be chilly in the 50s to 60s.
