Wade is recognized as one of the country's leaders in resort real estate sales, marketing and development. Over the last 28 years, he has been responsible for projects including Sandestin, Florida and Hampton Island, Georgia and dozens of others totaling more than $3 billion in revenue. As vice president of Intrawest he was responsible for luxury projects from New England to the Caribbean. A co-founder of one of South Carolina's most successful real estate companies, Wade understands the needs of company owners, brokers and agents. A frequent lecturer at the University of Georgia and resource for the media, he has been quoted and featured in publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Georgia Trend, Private Air, Links Magazine, Coastal Living, Southern Accents and Executive Traveler.
Partner and President, Europe, Asia and Oceania
Based in THIRDHOME's European office in London, Giles was a Founder and Managing Director of European competitor, Utopia Exchange, before the company merged with THIRDHOME in August 2010. His 12 year marketing and business development career started in New York with advertising agency, M&C Saatchi where he managed the accounts for The Related Companies and The Sunshine Group. His team designed and managed all of the collateral that helped sell $500 million in real estate at One Central Park West and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental.
In 2004/2005 he took an MBA at The University of Bath, UK focusing on marketing and entrepreneurship before joining the London office of the NFL. His first foray into start-ups came when he joined mobile find service 82ASK as their Marketing Director. He re-branded the company to Texperts and it was sold to 118 118 in 2008. He has an undergraduate degree from The University of Edinburgh and loves pretty much all sports and was happy to retire from his brief boxing career last year undefeated.
Partner and Sr. Vice President of Business Development
Prior to joining THIRDHOME, Roger worked for 32 years within the Southwestern family of companies, the oldest privately owned company in Nashville, TN.
Joining Southwestern in 1980 after completing his MBA, Roger served in a number of different capacities, most recently serving as President and Publisher for two imprints of the Southwestern Publishing Group. With an extensive background in sales and marketing, Roger earned numerous awards while setting sales records as a Publishing Consultant.
He and his wife Melanie live in Franklin, Tennessee where they are surrounded by 5 children and 6 grandchildren. He has served as a board member for many local charities and working through his church, did Tsunami relief in Sumatra, as well as disaster relief in Haiti. An avid outdoorsman, Roger loves to hunt and fish and spend time at his cabin on Center Hill Lake.
International Sales Trainer
Terry is recognized nationally as one of the top Real Estate trainers and motivators. He is the founder of Master Sales Institute (MSI). In 1995 Terry created ACES (Amenity Communities Excellence in Selling) Academy which is annually attended by over 500 sales and management people from all over the U.S and Canada. Terry is the author of the book, Secrets of Selling From Real Estates Masters.
Terry is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Urban Land Institute. Terry has trained over 10,000 sales people in his career. Partner and Director
A graduate of Cambridge University where he studied Mathematics, Jerry began his career at Deutsche Bank. After two years and a move to Bank of America, he became one of the top traders in interest rate derivatives, being ranked number 1 in the annual Risk Magazine awards in his particular product. In 2003, Jerry decided to trade for his own account and emigrated to the Cayman Islands where he still lives today with his wife and two children.
Whilst a student, Jerry worked for three years with the Southwestern Company operating his own direct sales business in the summer time and using the income to pay his way through college. By his third year, his business had sales of over $250,000. This early experience gave Jerry an entrepreneurial spirit which has led to his involvement with THIRDHOME. He also is the owner of one of our 5 Key properties in Whistler.
Martin is Founder, CEO and Chairman of Raving Brands, one of the nations premier and successful fast casual restaurants. Known brands founded by Raving Brands and Sprock include Moe's Southwest Grill, a 2005 Inc Magazine top 25 company, Mama Fu's Asian House, Doc Green's Gourmet Salads, Bonehead Grill, Flying Biscuit Café, Shanes Rib Shack, PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, Planet Smoothie and Monkey Joe's. Martin received his degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and resides in Charlotte NC.
Bonneau is one of the top real estate agents in the county, selling more than $150 million worth of property in 2014. He also has a successful home building company and development company all under his ANSLEY ATLANTA brand. He has been involved in the development and sales of Real Estate close to a billion dollars. Bonneau is involved in scores of other Atlanta based companies from bowling alleys, clothing stores, to waste management. With second homes in Sea Island, Reynolds Plantation, Palmetto Bluff and Cashiers, NC his family understands the value of second home ownership and appreciates the added value benefits of THIRDHOME.
Musician – The Rolling Stones, Author and Conservationist
For more than 30 years Chuck Leavell has been recognized as one of the top keyboard players in the country and the world. He has been a member of the Allman Brothers Band, Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Train, Government Mule, The Indigo Girls and for the past 27 years The Rolling Stones. Chuck has authored three books on conservation, served on the American Forest Foundation and boards for land conservation and is co-founder of The Mother Nature Network, one of the top environmental Web sites in the world.
Hospitality and Global Travel Expert
Ray served as chief marketing officer for Holiday Inn Worldwide and was part of the company's executive leadership overseeing global franchise operations for 12 years. During that time he was responsible for global brand management, worldwide sales and market activities, strategic alliances and channel management. A co-founder of Global Vacation Group, Ray served on the management team that took the company public with a listing on the NYSE. Currently, Ray is a highly sought after business advisor in the areas of global travel, hospitality, leisure, and luxury consumer and business services.
President of the College of Charleston
George is the 21st president of the College of Charleston and formerly served as dean of the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia and dean of Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University. He received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Bucknell University, pursued graduate work in the engineering school of New York University and holds a Ph.D in decision sciences from the University of Florida. Active with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program over the years, he has served as a judge, on the Board of Overseers and as Chairman of the Board of Overseers. He is co-author of a leading textbook on business statistics and serves on several corporate boards of directors.
Mac Anderson is the founder Simple Truths & Successories, the leader in creating products for employee motivation and recognition.
Successories, however, is not the first success story for Mac Anderson. He was also the founder and CEO of McCord Travel (one of the largest travel companies in the Midwest) and as a part owner of Orval Kent Food Company (the largest manufacturer of prepared salad products in the country), he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His remarkable accomplishments in these three unrelated industries provide some insight into his passion and leadership skills. Mac brings the same passion to his speaking when he shares his business experiences with others. In addition, he is the author of two books, The Nature of Success and The Power of Attitude. He also introduced The Race, a motivational classic.
