Pricing
Savings every time you travel
Compared to other travel clubs (Inspirato/Exclusive Resorts), traditional vacation rental sites (VRBO/AirBnB/LoveHomeSwap), or luxury resorts, THIRDHOME offers incredible value. Expect a 90-95% savings compared to rental rates on accommodations when you book stays through our Club. Fees range from $495 to $1395 for the week, not per night.

Homes and resorts with our affiliate partners are assigned a “Key-value,” based on a number of factors such as value, size, and seasonality. Keys (travel credits) allow you to reserve luxury stays within the Club and are earned when you make time in your second home or resort available for a given week. Cancel at any time.
We only allow second homes and resort or residence club properties in the most desirable destinations that are well-appointed and have a minimum home value of $1 million. We maintain an exclusive club and a reciprocal benefits program that enables our members to truly get out what they put in.
No, we are a non-simultaneous exchange club where you can seamlessly book any available property in our portfolio. Our members love the convenience, security, and variety of destinations.
