Savings every time you travel
Compared to other travel clubs (Inspirato/Exclusive Resorts), traditional vacation rental sites (VRBO/AirBnB/LoveHomeSwap), or luxury resorts, THIRDHOME offers incredible value. Expect a 90-95% savings compared to rental rates on accommodations when you book stays through our Club. Fees range from $495 to $1395 for the week, not per night.

Homes and resorts with our affiliate partners are assigned a “Key-value,” based on a number of factors such as value and size. Keys, or travel credits, allow you to reserve luxury stays within the club and are earned when you make time in your second home or resort available for a given week. Cancel at any time.
We only allow second homes and resort or residence club owners in the most desirable destinations, well-appointed, and with a minimum home value of $1 million. We maintain an exclusive club and reciprocal benefits program that enables our members to truly get out what they put in.
Only members of the Club will be staying in your home. Members are permitted to bring friends and family members along to create wonderful memories together. In addition, THIRDHOME provides $5M of host protection for every stay.
No, we are a non-simultaneous exchange club where you can seamlessly book any property available in our portfolio that is available. Our members love the convenience, security, and variety of destinations.
