How it Works
It’s easy to get started. Here’s how:
Apply for Membership
Simply fill out our quick application form. We perform a series of verification steps before members, and their properties, are accepted into the Club to ensure all homes are of the highest standard. We’re always happy to answer any questions you may have, and there’s never any pressure to commit.
We Review Your Home
When we receive your completed form, someone from our team will contact you to discuss your application. We’ll evaluate your property and issue a “Key value” that determines the travel credits you’ll get when your second home is made available for a specific time. The more time you allocate for people to use your home, the more Keys you get.
Schedule Your Home Exchange
After your home has been reviewed and you’ve completed your registration, you can begin booking your first trip. We provide a comprehensive onboarding system so you can benefit from your membership as soon as you join. There are also numerous user-friendly tools available to facilitate the planning of your next exciting vacation.

Exchange Fees
The exchange fee for a stay is based on the time of year the property is available, as well as its size, the amenities it offers, and the location. These fees can range from $495 to $1,395 per week. That means our members enjoy average savings of around 90% off a standard rental rate.
For YPO to YPO exchanges, enjoy a 30% savings compared to those on the broader THIRDHOME platform.
