Why is my standard membership being deactivated?

Your account is moving to Extended Membership because your home has not met the club’s booking or listing standards. This change allows you to keep traveling with ThirdHome without losing access.

What’s different about Extended Membership compared to standard membership?

Extended Membership does not include hosting privileges, but you still receive access to Keyless inventory, a dedicated Member Experience Associate, and the ability to book through your ThirdHome account.

How much does it cost to book with Extended Membership?

There are no annual dues. You only pay an Exchange Fee starting at $495 when you reserve a stay.

Can I book other trips besides those that fall within 60 days from the date of travel?

Yes. You will be eligible for spedial promotions throughout the year.

Can I return to a standard membership in the future?

Yes, if you purchase a qualifying second home that meets ThirdHome standards.

How long can I continue to travel with the Extended Membership?

Membership is for 1 year, and you can make bookings throughout the entire year.

What kind of trips are available for Keyless Travel?

At any given time, there are hundreds of trips worldwide that can be booked that fall within the “Keyless” parameters.
