Booking Fees
Each stay has an exchange fee that is determined by the time of year the property is available, its size, and location. These fees range from $495 to $1,995 for the week, not per night. Members can expect an average savings of 90-95% off a standard rental booking rate.
My husband Dee and I have been members of ThirdHome since 2011. In that time, we have taken over 40 trips and have more planned! Visit exchange.thirdhome.com. Bookmark this page for quick, easy access in the future. Find the LOGIN tab in the top right corner. Your username is your email address, and you can choose “FORGOT PASSWORD” to create a new password. Go back to the login screen, enter your credentials and you’re all set to browse.
The 3 Keys have been added to your account and can be viewed in your Member Dashboard after logging into your account.
Visit exchange.thirdhome.com and log in. Click the BROWSE button (in the top right corner on a desktop computer, on the bottom left corner on your mobile device).
You can then filter by dates, number of bedrooms, locations. Each property card shows the city, state, or country where the property is located, how many it accommodates, and the dates available for stays. Explore the available properties based on availability or location. Click on the property page to see the full property page and more details.
When you find a week that you want to book, scroll down to the available dates, and as long as it shows 3 Keys or less, you can book it. Click RESERVE, and follow the prompts to checkout.
Bonus Keys expire 12/16/25 – You may travel anytime, but your stay must be reserved by December 16, 2025.
You’ll only pay the $295 annual fee in years you book travel—no trip, no charge.
Yes! If you want to exchange a week and earn additional Keys to spend, reach out to your ThirdHome representative regarding this process.
Be sure to ask how many Keys you would earn if you add a week. Some properties and timeframes would give you 1 or 2 Keys and others might give you 6 or 10, so this may help determine if this is the right decision for you.
