Turn fees into more Keys!

THIRDHOME is excited to announce the official launch of the Loyalty Program. For every dollar spent on Exchange Fees, membership upgrades, or Key purchases, you will earn one point. Once you have accumulated 10,000 points in your account, the points will be automatically deducted and converted to a Key. The Loyalty Program will be retroactive to April 1, 2018, and will summarize all cash transactions since that date (excluding transactions using monetary credits).

The total number of loyalty points can simply be found in your My THIRDHOME dashboard, along with total Keys, reservations, deposits, holds, searches, and watches.

By clicking on Loyalty Points, you will see the history of when you earned points. As shown below, Sean’s points accumulated to 10,000, and his points automatically converted to one Key. He now has a total of 181 Loyalty Points.

Plus, when entering payment details to complete a reservation, the total number of Loyalty Points will be shown under the exchange fee charged.

In the case where you are refunded from a previous transaction, the Loyalty Points will automatically be deducted from your account. If the deduction crosses the 10,000 point threshold, the Key earned will automatically be removed from your account as well.

The THIRDHOME Loyalty Program will continue to evolve. In the future, you will be able to receive Loyalty Points for Rentals and Adventures transactions!
