Natalie grew up in Danville, CA but moved to the small town of Loomis where she gained her love for community and the outdoors. With weekend trips to Truckee, Lake Tahoe, Dillon Beach, and Shasta Lake nearby, there were plenty of places to explore. She moved to Southern California, the land of palm trees, to attend Azusa Pacific University and acquired a degree in Psychology. After graduation, Natalie lived in Huntington Beach for a few years, then moved cross country to Sneads Ferry, North Carolina for a year before returning to Carlsbad, California which is where she lives today.
Natalie jumped into community work with the City of Pasadena for a few years, hosting music festivals, rooftop movie nights, and holiday fest gatherings. Then moved to Huntington Beach to work for a wedding and event venue, hosting over 100 events per year. She then joined a short term rental company overseeing mountain properties in of California: Mammoth Lakes, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe. After a few years as a Senior Sales Executive, she decided to dive into a new professional adventure and came across ThirdHome where she is now our Membership Director.
Natalie’s love of travel truly took off when she attended a 30 day outdoor trip through out the Southwest with 17 classmates and 3 guides the summer before her senior year of high school. They camped and drove through Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lake Powel, Moab, and Havasu Falls, rafted for 4 days on the Colorado River, and hiked endlessly. This locked in a new passion for exploring the USA and beyond.
During the summer before her junior year of college, Natalie travelled to volunteer in Kenya for a month. This gave her a new perspective: traveling is not to just see the sites, but to see the communities that make these places what they are. Locals are the heart to every place you visit. Hearing their stories and being shown local spots made traveling even better. Natalie later visited her brother for over a month in Manly, Australia. She camped in Blueys Beach, scuba dived in the Great Barrier Reef, explored Daintree rainforest and Jervis Bay. Since, she has visited numerous times. Later, a week in San Miguel De Allende, Mexico to celebrate two friends get married led to trying endless restaurants and seeing the sites.
When not working or traveling, Natalie spends time with her partner and our dog, Jax. She loves paddle boarding, cooking new recipes, going to farmers markets, beach trips, spending an early morning watching her partner surf, Facetiming loved ones, and hanging with friends.
Nicole was born and raised in Northeast Florida and, after graduating from college, decided she wanted to see more of the world and, on a bit of a whim, took off on a year-long adventure around the world, stopping in 15 countries on 3 continents. After a few longer stints back to Africa over the course of 3 years, she wound up back in Florida right before COVID-19 shut the world down.
Emerging from the pandemic-induced hiatus, Nicole wanted a change of scenery and made the move up to Nashville, TN, where she gets to enjoy having true fall and winter seasons for the first time in her life!
She has a rich professional history in non-profits, marketing, and sales and is excited to combine her love for helping people and adventuring around the world as a Membership Manager here at ThirdHome.

When she’s not traveling or working, she is volunteering with various non-profits in the Middle Tennessee area, reading, experimenting in the kitchen, or hiking and taking camping trips with her 3 dogs (Bandit, Daisy, and Samson) and husband.

Growing up in rural Ohio, Jen was drawn to adventure at a young age and couldn’t wait to experience life beyond the cornfields. She moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University and, during college, she traveled abroad for the first time to England, Ireland and Scotland. That trip had a profound effect on her and sparked her passion for travel and experiencing the world. She earned her degree in Business Administration and then spent the next few years living in Phoenix and New York City — working in the music, television and beauty industries — before returning to Nashville to launch her own business as a freelance photographer.
Over the next 16 years, Jen grew as a photographer and business owner, partnering with creative teams across varied industries to produce beautiful imagery for brands and clients. Primarily focused on portrait and food photography, she’s had her work published in local Nashville magazines as well as Budget Travel, Travel + Leisure, Taste of the South, domino, and Virtuoso Life. Her freelance schedule allowed her to block out a lot of time for travel, which she took full advantage of, traveling extensively all over the US and world. So far, she’s been to 24 countries (some more than once) with some of her travel highlights being a three-week tour around India, a girls trip to Antibes, France, and hiking through several U.S. National Parks.
Jen decided it was time for a new life adventure and is thrilled to join the THIRDHOME team as a Relationship Manager. She is excited to help members take advantage of all the club benefits in booking their next adventure.
When not working or traveling, you can find Jen at home in East Nashville, enjoying the music or food scene, hiking or biking at one of the local parks, or enjoying a cocktail on a patio with her senior pup, Amelie, on her lap.

Janine and her family love Tennessee and are still discovering all of the great parks and lakes in the state.
She has been fortunate enough to visit several countries (Spain, Russia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Greece and Turkey), but the one that has eluded her thus far is Italy, which is next on the list.
Her favorite thing about working at THIRDHOME is that they are open to new ideas.

Matt hopes to share his passion for Tennessee football and duck hunting with his sons.
Traveling the world has been Liz’s destined inheritance from day one. Between her father’s Southern roots in Tennessee to her mother’s land of Ancient Greece, she was born into an exotic, jet-setting way of life to parents who were global nomads. Since early childhood, Liz has acquired a collection of passport stamps. It was only natural that her compass led to working within the travel profession.
From Silicon Valley to Music Row, Liz has tailored memorable travel experiences for Fortune 500 CEOs, hit music makers and celebrities. As a Certified Travel Specialist, Liz earned her wings working for American Express Travel first as a top-producing Pacesetter agent, then as an Elite Team Leader and a Branch Manager, all the while catering to discerning Platinum & Centurion Cardmembers. While spearheading bespoke natural history travel programs for one of the world’s leaders in nature travel whose clientele ranged from exclusive environmental protection organizations such as The Nature Conservancy, The Audubon Society, and the World Wildlife Foundation, Liz developed a deep respect for our planet and the protection of all its fragile and beautiful natural wonders.
With 34 years of professional travel planning under her belt, including traversing the globe to over 65 countries and living in multiple foreign locales, Liz has gained exposure to many diverse cultures and always immersed herself in unique local experiences – ranging from diving on underwater archaeological photography shoots in the Aegean to promoting the preservation and natural habitat of the wild jaguar population in the Cockscomb Preserve of Belize. Liz is happily married to an adventurous husband who compliments her intense passion for exploring the world. The cultivation of her amassed industry experience curated the perfect launching pad for Liz’s personal journey now with THIRDHOME.
