BrightWave was acquired in 2019 by Ansira, an independent, global marketing technology and services firm which is backed by Advent International.
Jenkins has received nearly every industry accolade including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association, Marketer of the Year from the American Marketing Association, the Email Marketer of the Year at the Tech Marketing Awards, and the Thought Leader of the Year from the ANA/Email Experience Council. He has written the two definitive books on email marketing (The Truth About Email Marketing and The New Inbox) and created the gold standard of industry events, EiQ. Over the past 20 years, Jenkins has appeared on Bloomberg TV, written for Forbes and has penned over 150 articles on digital, technology, marketing & leadership topics.
Currently, he is founder of Three Groves, a platform for investments and advisory work for high growth companies. He is also the founder of easythanks, an AI company that is “Revolutionizing College Applications” and recently acquired Lanva (now Composium), a B2B Video Platform.
Simms is active with several nonprofit and community organizations in Atlanta. He and his wife, Kelly, are parents to three children who share a passion for travel. Currently the Chief Revenue Officer at a leading Data and AI consultancy, Dan’s career includes significant time at Google and HubSpot, giving him a front-row seat to how the world’s most successful companies leverage technology to scale.
Dan’s experience centers on designing go-to-market strategies within partner-centric organizations. He has a proven track record of helping companies rapidly scale revenue and operations, having advised a diverse range of firms through critical growth phases. He works closely with founders, executive teams, and private equity sponsors to ensure technology investments are directly tied to business outcomes.

Gregg Anderson is a principal of GAnderson Global, a resort and hospitality entity that advises companies with respect to brand strategy and marketing. He has a celebrated 40-year history of hospitality, resort real estate, and theme park experience and has overseen the growth of attractions, ski, golf, and shared ownership resort developments in the US, Japan, and India.
In 2020, Anderson retired as Brand President of Wyndham Hotels’ first luxury offering, Registry Collection Hotels & Resorts. From 2018-2020, he helped develop the brand and ready it for launch while continuing his role at sister company Wyndham Destinations, where from 2007-2020, he was Global Vice President of The Registry Collection membership and exchange program, the luxury division of what is now Travel & Leisure Group’s RCI portfolio. With TRC offices in six international locations and 200+ resorts servicing 50,000+ member families, he traveled extensively, working with developers, affiliates, business partners, and members to create a successful, truly global travel program.
Anderson’s experience also included serving as Executive Vice President of Pinehurst Resort and Senior Vice President of Pinehurst’s parent company, Club Corp Resorts. In these roles, he leveraged the success of the 1999 US Open Golf Championship into significant growth at Pinehurst and other Club Corp resort properties. A member of the 2005 US Open Golf Championship Host Committee, he was and continues to be a golf ambassador.
Anderson started his career as brand leader at the Walt Disney Company in both the US and Japan, overseeing the launch of WDW hotel projects, including The Grand Floridian, as well as WDW Retail, Dining, and Entertainment projects, including Pleasure Island and Downtown Disney (now Disney Springs) and Cirque du Soleil. As an ex-pat for Walt Disney Attractions Japan, he was brand liaison to the owners and operators of Tokyo Disney Resort, the Oriental Land Company.
For Florida State University, he is Chair of the University’s Cetamura Archaeological Excavations in Italy and Inauguration of the “Museo Civico alle Origini del Chianti” (Civic Museum at the Origins of Chianti) located outside of Florence, which houses the dig’s significant discoveries.
He is an avid extreme backpacker, listing recent hikes on Iceland’s Langavegur Trail and Chile’s 19,000-foot Saircabur Volcano in the Atacama Desert as two of his most memorable.
Gregg lives in Windermere, Florida, with his wife, Shawn, and is currently the Chair of his town’s Long Range Planning Board. He is President of the Rotary Club of Windermere.
Since 2020, Scott has been the partner overseeing the investment strategy for a family office involved in acquiring, developing, and managing residential real estate across Sydney, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, the UK, and Croatia. The office invests in shares (public & private), provides capital for real estate mortgages and business debt finance, and supports start-ups in real estate and hospitality.
Scott was with Jones Lang Wootton/Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) for 40 years. He began as a commercial property valuer in Sydney, later specializing in the hotel & hospitality sector and relocating to London. Scott worked throughout the UK and Continental Europe and undertook the sale of large city centre and resort hotels with a focus on introducing South East Asian capital to the UK/European hotel investment markets.
In January 2000, Scott relocated to JLL Singapore to oversee the Asian Hotels & Hospitality Group, which grew into the market-leading hotel transactional and advisory business for city centre and resort hotels with teams in North & South East Asia. During his time in Asia, Scott served as a member of JLL’s Global Hotels & Hospitality board, was CEO, and ultimately Chairman of JLL’s Asian Hotels & Hospitality Group.
Scott and his wife Adele are now based in Avalon Beach, Sydney, Australia, and have been investors and members of ThirdHome since 2016. They have enjoyed some 50 trips with ThirdHome.
A native of New Zealand, Deborah Scott is a co-founder of Park House, a private members social club located in Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX. She is active in the Club’s marketing, art programming, membership, and design elements. She brings extensive marketing, public relations, and branding experience to the Park House team, having held hospitality marketing positions in Asia, brand management and event director roles at Walt Disney World, and vice president of the consumer public relations at Weber Shandwick. Deborah and her husband John have lived internationally, most recently in London, where they were members of several private, social members clubs which informed the vision for Park House, including Soho House, 5 Hertford, The Arts Club and House of Barnabas. Deborah is involved with and supports charities in Dallas, Aspen, and London, including Teen Suicide Causes, the Aspen Art Museum, Anderson Ranch, and the Dallas Contemporary Art Museum. She resides in Dallas with her husband and co-founder, John Scott.

Brooke Pfautz is one of the industry’s foremost experts in growing short-term vacation rental inventory. He is the author of two Amazon bestsellers, including his latest work, “Vacation Rental Secrets: The Short-Term Rental Industry’s Top Experts Disclose Their Biggest Mistakes and Share Their Hard-Earned Wisdom.” In addition, he literally wrote the book on inventory growth, “From 0 to 500 Properties in 5 Years: A Playbook on How to Grow Your Short-Term Vacation Rental Inventory,” which was a three-category Amazon bestseller.
Brooke got his start in the industry in 2007 when he founded Vantage Resort Realty in Ocean City, MD, and took an idea on a napkin to more than 500 properties in just five years. After a successful exit, he went on to grow inventory for other major vacation rental brands as Chief Business Development Officer in multiple destinations. Today, Brooke leads Vintory, the first and only Sales and Marketing Platform designed exclusively for Short-Term Vacation Rental Managers to grow their inventory. And, to date, Brooke and his team of over 50 growth experts have helped more than 700 companies grow their inventory and increase their bottom line.
In addition, Brooke recently launched Comparent, a pioneering venture in the vacation rental industry. David Angotti is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of successful exits. By the age of 30, he had founded and successfully exited an EdTech brand. During this time, he regularly contributed to a top-ten marketing blog in the world, provided consultation services around mergers and acquisitions for Fortune 100 companies, and held the position of VP of Marketing for a large family of over 1,000 eCommerce sites serving nearly one billion website visitors annually.
In addition to his EdTech Company, David co-founded a prominent short-term property management company in Gatlinburg, TN, and co-founded StaySense, a marketing and experimentation platform that builds technology solutions for the travel industry.
In February 2020, he bought out the other owner of StaySense and doubled down on company growth and the launch of new brands/products. Successfully navigating the challenges posed by COVID-19, the company experienced exceptional growth. This growth, coupled with new partnerships, prompted David to sell the company to Guesty in 2023. Guesty is an end-to-end platform for property managers and property management companies, providing cloud-based tools that help with things like tracking guest check-ins and revenue of each property. Recently, he was promoted to the Chief Evangelist for Guesty, and also leads several US-based Guesty teams.
In addition to founding and exiting multiple technology startups, David is an accomplished author, land developer, and a certified Airline Transport Pilot. During his tenure at NetJets, where he was one of the youngest pilots in company history, he piloted flights for numerous household names aboard the fastest passenger jet in the world.
When David is not at work, you are likely to find him running trails, boating, traveling, and spending time with his family in Nashville, TN. An accomplished ultra-marathoner, he has completed one of the most challenging 50-mile races in North America and recently finished the renowned 100-Mile Leadville Race Across The Sky.
