Apply to join the Club.
Once we receive your application, we’ll run a series of verification checks to approve both you and your property. Reach out with any questions, our team is happy to help.

We evaluate your property.
Once reviewed, your property will be assigned a “key value” that determines the travel credits you receive whenever you make it available for guests. These can in turn be used when booking another property.

You start planning.
Our onboarding process allows you to benefit from your membership as soon as you join. Go ahead and begin planning your first vacation with our user-friendly tools.

Fee structure.
There are two types of fees involved for members. Firstly, the annual membership, which we waive for your first year. Secondly, the set exchange fees for each stay, which are based on a property’s availability, location, size and amenities, and are just a sliver of what you’d expect to pay.
