Kyle Killian

Kyle brings an established track record of assembling, leading, and growing high performing teams in mid-market, non-profit, and Fortune 500 global firms. He has successfully worked with both private equity-backed, family investments and publicly traded companies advising and guiding them through the process of assembling key leadership teams to scale, win, and experience a successful exit or liquidity event.
Kyle is a proud veteran of the United States Navy where he served as an Intelligence Officer, and is a multiple tour veteran of the Iraq War. He finished his undergraduate degree at the University of Houston and completed post-graduate education at the Naval War College, as well as UCLA’s Anderson School of Business graduate school.
He is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Military Officer’s Association of America, and Association of Former Intelligence Officers.
Kyle lives in Brentwood, TN with his wife Michelle and has two children. His son is in Medical School at the University of Virginia, and his daughter is completing her Nursing degree at Western Kentucky University. They love to travel the world or discover new places around growing Nashville.
